Recognized as one of Florida's cultural gems, the Quartet has also held the same position with Festival Miami and a visiting quartet at the prestigious Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach. The Quartet regularly tours North America and has begun a series of recordings of the Mendelssohn chamber works for strings. It celebrated Ned Rorem's 80th birthday with concerts in Miami and New York with the composer in attendance in November 2003.
